The focus of our application process is to get to know each other as well as a balanced communication. In addition to your qualifications, we also want to get to know you as a person.
The application process is as follows:
Your application: If you are interested in a job or if you would like to apply for an initiative application, please send us your complete and meaningful application documents preferably by e-mail in a summarized PDF file.
Acknowledgment of receipt: Within a few days you will receive confirmation from us that we have received your application.
Application examination: Your application will be reviewed internally by the responsible department. The focus here is on your motivation, your personal experience and your qualifications.
Initial interview: If your application has aroused our interest, we will contact you by phone or e-mail for an appointment to invite you to a personal meeting. The corresponding head of department and, if necessary, our personnel officer participate in this. Tip: Important - stress tests and assessment centers do not take place here. Instead, we want to get to know you as a person. Get well prepared for the appointment and convince us of your skills and knowledge as well as the fact that you are the right candidate for our company and the corresponding position. Of course, it is equally important for us to inspire you for our company.
Second call: If you make a positive decision after the first meeting, we will invite you to a second appointment to clarify the last questions with you. If there is mutual interest in future cooperation, contract modalities and next steps will be discussed below.
Feedback: Of course, you will receive a response as soon as possible, if it should not come to a first or second call.
Data protection and data security: The protection of your data is important to us. Your documents will only be stored in our systems as long as necessary and then deleted immediately.
